- Added merge_timeslices from https://github.com/NGWPC/nwm.v3.0.6_no_svn/tree/main/ush/merge_timeslices. This merges the USGS and Env. Ca timeslices.
- Fixed a bug in PI_XML.py for the RFC timeseries creation.
- Disable server certificate checking in Env. CA streamflow download script. Otherwise, curl reports unknown certificate.
