Why "ARGUS"?

In Greek mythology, Argus Panoptes was the ever-watchful giant with a hundred eyes,
never fully asleep, each eye always vigilant.
Like its namesake, Project ARGUS is built to see everywhere at once —
continuously observing, calculating, and aligning itself to the moving sky.
