Setup Dev Env

1. Install gatsbyjs. See these instructions: https://www.gatsbyjs.com/docs/tutorial/getting-started/part-0
2. git clone https://github.com/ModelAtlasofTheEarth/website.git
3. cd website and then npm install --legacy-peer-deps
4. npm run develop
5. In a web browser, go to http://localhost:8000
