For mina-lightnet-docker we need to build lightnet profile as well for devnet nodes for amd64 and arm64.
This PR adds such jobs. mina-lightnet docker uses bookworm only codename. However, due to technical difficulties I decided to build it for noble as well. We are publishing both already and i would need to cut support for noble and make several groundbreaking changes to publish bookworm only
