Summary

  • guard the Retrofit callback against unexpected response body types and centralize error handling
  • annotate the Todo model for Gson/R8 compatibility and sync the tutorial snippet with the updated logic

Testing

  • ./gradlew test (fails: Android SDK is not available in the execution environment)
