Bug: Peer dependency mismatch for typescript-eslint version requirement

The @metamask/[email protected] requires peer dependency typescript-eslint@^8.39.0 (shown in yarn.lock line 746), but package.json specifies typescript-eslint: "^8.6.0" which resolves to version 8.12.2. Since 8.12.2 does not satisfy ^8.39.0, this peer dependency mismatch will cause installation warnings and potential incompatibilities with the new eslint-config-typescript rules.

Bug: Peer dependency version mismatch for eslint-config packages

The @metamask/eslint-config-typescript package is bumped to version 15.0.0, which requires @metamask/eslint-config@^15.0.0 as a peer dependency (shown in yarn.lock line 740). However, @metamask/eslint-config remains at ^14.0.0. This peer dependency mismatch will cause installation warnings and may result in incompatible ESLint configuration behavior between the two packages.
