Release - 0.1a

This is intermediary release.
First reason is to test IPA file distribution for "internal testers".
But main reason - this is first real proof of possibility to read Libre 1, Libre 2 and Libre US 14-days sensors by Droplet and eDroplet application.
In release included:

• FW_Droplet_0_1a.zip - firmware for Droplet device upgrade
• eDroplet-0_1a.apk - application file for Android phones
• eDroplet_0_1a/iOS.ipa - application file for iOS - IPhones (should work also on IPad)
