Ordered a fully assembled board from JLCPCB, tested it for 5+ hours while playing the fan translation of Policenauts. Tested several other games as well for a short period of time (Silent Hill, Crash Bandicoot, Spyro)

  • Remove 5V 7805 regulator, diode OR the power from the 8V line into the AMS1117-3v3 instead (this part can accept up to 18V)
  • Add a debug header that is compatible with the Raspberry Pi Debug Probe
  • Add a reset switch
  • Update photos
  • Replace 2.2k resistors with 1k to improve ease of manufacturing

Hello! Nice job with the PCB. I've made some very small changes to it, ordered it assembled from JLCPCB, and I've been using it in my PS1 for a while now. The changes are very slight and mostly just make the board easier to manufacture and debug. No major functionality as changed.

Please let me know if you would like any additional work or changes to this PR.
