1.3.0 The Answer to Skirt
This update is quite big in terms of things going on behind the scene. So like usual, I'll do a quick breakdown up front as a TLDR; and then the bigger patch notes below.
This patch's biggest thing is the skirt being fixed. Now the skirt being "fixed" is mostly referring to it getting a mind of it's own and growing. A few patches ago I included a "skeleton" fix which fixed Kotone's proportions, it turns out this same fix also works with the skirt, so I made that change. It also made the "fix" work even better on the face and proportions too which is quite nice. This won't of course fix clipping everywhere, but it's certainly a nice band-aid while custom animations get made! On top of that, some new bustups, a new party panel by Esa, and a new glass shard image by Ely and Shiosakana have been made!
On top of this we have a new Femc Config App we could use testing for! It lets you preview all 2d options at the moment, and future plans are underway for letting it update the femc mod for you in case you have errors, and all femc options! You can test it here!
Also the skirt fix is set to on by default, but if it isn't working the Answer to fix that is just enabling it in the 3d category in the config! Anyway, on to the patch notes!

Advancements in the mod
This is a bit of an unusual section as I've never done it before, however there's been alot of stuff behind the scenes regarding allowing this mod to continue to develop.
Event Editing
First and foremost is Riruin's new event editor build. It's in the early stages, but it is public! It also has a WIP guide if you'd like to take a look here! Bear in mind it's still early on like I said before, but it's a massive leap forward and it'll be exciting seeing it develop!
Femc Mod Github Wiki
On top of this I've been working slowly but surely on making a guide for contributing to the mod. As of right now it just covers how to fork this repo so you can make a pull request, and the basics to making a costume. This will expand though when I show how to contribute animations, on top of anyone else who wants to make a guide for... something related to Femc idk.
Custom Animations
Animation wise as well I'm somewhat done with an animation rig, however I've scaled back to make it a shrimple ik skeleton because I forgot how diverse some rigs and work flows are. I'm hoping to have it out next week so we can get started on animations, but at the very least next week I will have more info to share.
