Support for room sensors added

This version adds the following

Support for room sensors (#11 #13, @simonengelhardt)
Support for presets and auto HVAC mode (#14, @simonengelhardt) which should fix #12

It is NOT possible to switch HVAC mode from HA, as Danfoss doesn't support this (yet)
