Add Notification Center Feature

This PR introduces a Notification Center to improve the visibility of learning reminders, progress updates, and important student notifications across the platform.

Changes Made

• Added a dedicated Notification Center interface
• Added notification icon/panel for better accessibility
• Implemented sample learning reminder notifications
• Added study streak and goal completion alerts
• Added revision recommendation notifications
• Added quiz completion and performance insight notifications
• Improved notification visibility and user engagement

@vaishnavikhatri3 I can’t review this notification center PR yet because it conflicts with current main in src/prisma/schema.prisma.

Please rebase on the latest main, resolve the schema conflict, regenerate Prisma output if needed, and push the result.

After that, this will still need manual UI review because it adds visible dashboard notification UI.
