This pull requests updates the target version and compile version to latest version (Lollipop 22) so that the tutorial and the Navigation sample could be use the latest material designs.
Right now I have kept the minVersion to 16 but this could set to 10 (Gingerbread) (android support library does support that version). But the devices as per google play store are around 5% https://developer.android.com/about/dashboards/index.html.
@MKergall I intend to update the designs to material specs so the osmdroid would show as attractive library and could be used by many.
Similar to
