What

  • add strict, wrapper-owned collaborator deferral markers
  • run the Linux Sol child with setpriv --no-new-privs while keeping deterministic deployment outside that boundary
  • fail closed on malformed, contradictory, symlinked, unowned, or uncorroborated outputs
  • make Telegram delivery warning-only with success-only dedupe persistence
  • tighten canonical-root and direct-deployer preflight rules

Why

The supervised v0.1.23 maintenance flow must never turn a late collaborator/main race into false release success, and the model child must not mutate live host state.

Proof

  • maintainer contract/integration/atomic-publish tests: 202/202 passed on current main
  • python3 scripts/t4-maintainer-notify.test.py: passed
  • active supervised child independently observed with NoNewPrivs: 1 and zero effective capabilities

This is release-critical. The active supervised run is expected to defer rather than publish across this open PR.
