Adds the v0.1.9 Capacitor Android thin client, encrypted device credential storage, exact native gateway origins, signed APK release automation, and the Android-first download path on t4code.net.
The APK bundles the T4 interface and connects only to a user-selected HTTPS Tailnet host; it does not embed an appserver. iOS copy now says TestFlight is coming soon.
