• separately pin unmodified official OMP 17.0.6 without changing the released Lycaon fallback
• prove lifecycle, crash/resume, steer, follow-up, approval, cancellation, and fail-closed dispatch behavior
• add checked compatibility/drift metadata and native Linux x64/ARM64 CI evidence jobs
• correct the audit and architecture docs to distinguish PR test(runtime): prove official OMP restart continuity #114's fallback proof from the official-runtime proof

• official OMP Gate 0: darwin-arm64 passed
• host-service: 319 tests passed
• client: 279 tests passed
