Logs

This tool should show logs, make them filterable and searchable

I intend to use:

• egui: https://github.com/emilk/egui/tree/main

• eframe: https://github.com/emilk/egui/tree/main/crates/eframe

• egui_logger: https://github.com/RegenJacob/egui_logger

• xshell to get logs from any place via other cli tools
