Thank you very much @famosab for the helpful guidance on the nf-core module. I have added the insitugame CLI, replaced the inline Python logic in the isolated nf-core adaptation, and verified the package across Python 3.9–3.13.

When you have a moment, could you please take a look at this PR and let me know whether the CLI interface and output contract are suitable for nf-core/modules#13471? I will then generate the corresponding Seqera container and update the nf-core module accordingly.
