CI checks out Felix from felix-home, because LeavesJ/felix is now the public snapshot - #20

…ow has On 2026-09-13 the private Felix repository was renamed LeavesJ/felix-home and a public snapshot was created as LeavesJ/Felix. GitHub resolves repository names without regard to case, so the `repository: LeavesJ/felix` both workflows pass to actions/checkout now names the public snapshot. FELIX_DEPLOY_KEY is a deploy key on felix-home, and the snapshot carries only projects/felix, so even a successful clone of it could not tell `felix which` what Elenchus is. `gate` is the required check on main with enforce_admins on, and its last run was 2026-09-04, before the rename. Every pull request opened since would have failed it. main's checkout carries no `ref:`, so this restores exactly what it did before the rename: the default branch of the private harness. No pin is added here.

On 2026-09-13 the private Felix repository was renamed

felix gateon this branch passes: 1439 passed, 35 skipped.gaterun on this PR is the proof that matters: "Check out Felix", "Confirm the governing project" (felix which) and "Run the gate" have to go green againstfelix-home.unattended.ymlis not run here. Its checkout gets the same repository and the same key as the gate's, so the gate's checkout covers it.
