Optimized the merge action in the Zafra handler by replacing row-by-row updates with batched SQL queries. This improves efficiency and matches the codebase's performance-oriented patterns (using ANY and UNNEST).

PR created automatically by Jules for task 4401430948673796974 started by @LeandroPG19

- Replaced sequential, per-row duplicate merging with batch-based updates.
- Aggregated importance boosts into a HashMap to handle multiple duplicates for the same entity efficiently.
- Implemented two batched SQL queries using `ANY($1::uuid[])` and `UNNEST` within an atomic transaction.
- Optimized the merge action by reducing the number of queries from 2N to 2 per batch.
