- Add sources/parse_utils.py with normalize_month_names() for German and English month names (full and 3-letter abbreviations), importable by all source types - parse_datetime() now normalizes month names before strptime and accepts a list of formats tried in order (first match wins) - FieldSelector.format is now list[str]; YAML string and list both accepted - Log extracted text and format when datetime parsing fails, instead of the generic "Startzeit fehlt"
