Port to Fabric

[Ampflower]

Done:

• Replace Quilt Loader & API with Fabric Loader & API
• Tested with 3 clients, including production Fabric and Forge
• Update Gradle to 8.12.1 and Loom to 1.10.+

Maintained:

• Quilt Mappings
  • Fabric Loom can read this as is, nothing special was done.
• quilt.mod.json
  • I see no reason to remove it, as all the APIs should be present in QSL.

Not done:

• Replace Quilt Gradle Licenser with Yumi's

Odd questions:

• fabric.mod.json uses a * require on fabric-api. Should this be changed?
• Should fabric.mod.json version-lock Fabric Loader?
