  • OP#105 Remove use of sqlalchemy seralizer
  • remove sqlalchemy serializer
  • Replace sqlalchemy serializer with custom serializer

Description

Remove sqlalchemy serializer as it has caused problems in the past with it's dependency on older versions of our packages. I added a new serializer function for future serializer functions. Removed old code in the codebase as well
