Fixed hide from alt-tab and media button working together

Added visualiser, new info layout, font update

Changelog:

• (New) Added visualiser. Use CTRL+scroll and ALT+scroll to modify the visualiser settings.
• (New) UI is now scalable for high resolution displays. To modify the scaling, update and then modify the fScale value in listenMoeSettings.ini.
• (Change) Updated font for prettier Japanese characters (bottom is old, top is new). Note that the application is now ~10MB due to the inclusion of the new font.
  
• (Change) Only one instance of the app can run at a time now. Opening the client again will make the current client come to the front.
• (Fix) SHIFT-scroll now works when the "Hide from ALT-Tab" setting is enabled.
• (Fix) System tray icon no longer sticks around after you exit the application.

Updated icon, media play/pause key support

• (New) Added support for the media play/pause key to toggle stream playback

• (Change) System tray icon is now permanently visible if the "close to tray" icon is enabled. This is to allow users to right click -> exit at any time, rather than having to close the main window first and then right click -> exit.
• (Fix) Application will no longer crash immediately if there's a configuration change and a patch is required

Updated stream connection for new requirements

Fixed play/pause/volume bugs
