Add stop_soft_delete labels to GEO CNAMES in kuadrant-operator

To ensure that the use of the soft_delete label never results in the removal of entire GEO, the kuadrant-operator will need to be updated to add the stop_soft_delete label to any GEO CNAMEs that it creates.

This label is not required on the root endpoint of a DNS Record, but may as well be added there too.
