shiv v0.3.2includes the fix for inheritedMISE_OVERRIDE_CONFIG_FILENAMESleaking into package install/cache/shim behavior. vfox-shiv bootstraps its own pinned shiv clone, so consuming the fix requires bumping this exact tag.This intentionally keeps vfox-shiv's default bootstrap ref exact-tagged for reproducibility rather than switching the default to a moving minor stream.
