Renamed pylab to matplotlib and added scimage (from scikit-image).
Products.py and Reduce_frame.py both imported nsdrp to get the version number. However, since the nsdrp was imported as a whole, everything before the nsdrp main function would run twice. Soultion was to add the version number to config.py and remove unneccesary nsdrp imports. R
Not added to logging since these are system level operations. NSDRP will abort running if package did not install.
