It adds an adjustable/resizable heatshield with varying geometries and textures which can be set to have thermal protection at varying levels, from a heat sink through Apollo-class BLEO ablative protection and even the Hypersonic Inflatable Aerodynamic Decelerator. RP-1 handles the placement/pricing of this item.
