chore(storage): move brief archive from Spaces to Cloudflare R2 - #2

Publishing now needs STORAGE_KEY, STORAGE_SECRET and STORAGE_ENDPOINT; the site reads from cdn.brief.ilkerbalcilar.com. R2 has no object ACLs, so the public-read ACL is dropped — the custom domain is what makes the bucket public.
