Tomato truss detection with ResNet50 model. The model is trained and evaluated in the notebook.

Setup instructions

1. Create environment

python -m venv env
.\env\Scripts\activate

Ensure to always activate the environment when running an application

2. Install the required packages

pip install -r requirements.txt
