Item Check/Ship Cost Calculator

New Features:
--help for a help menu
-m or --market to choose market ahead of the menu.
-s or --single to get a price check on an item. This works on any item!

These options can be combined for a quick price check.
Hopefully this will make this useful for everyone.

Ships Added:

• Rorqual
• Venture

Script can now be run without using python directly, just by calling its name e.g ships.py
Now uses min prices when checking prices instead of current average.
