In several sites from the lists of proxy servers, the layout of the HTML has changed. This change corrects a bug:

Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "<some localtion>/proxyscrape/scrapers.py", line 128, in get_free_proxy_list_proxies
    for row in table.find('tbody').find_all('tr'):
AttributeError: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'find'
