Absyn, ListUtil, OMFrontend and OMBackend (its [sources] block is gone in the release) are registered from master like the others; the workflow runs Julia 1.13, which the packages now require. Assisted-by: Claude Opus 5.5

Lets the daily auto-update register the whole OM.jl 1.13 release (the PRs
release-1.13-> master in every package; merge order in their descriptions)..ci/packages.toml: adds Absyn, ListUtil, OMFrontend and OMBackend. OMBackend drops its[sources]block in its release PR (Julia 1.13 release: OMBackend 0.5.1 (step 7) OpenModelica/OMBackend.jl#79), which this script requires.auto-update.yml: Julia 1.13 (the packages' compat is nowjulia = "1.13").Merge this before the release PRs. After each release PR's merge, run the workflow by hand (Actions > Auto-update registry > Run workflow) so the next package resolves against the new version.
