Tests for the fixes of the MSL coverage stretch and the VSS work, the compat bump, and a release workflow.

Checked locally: 1539 pass, 6 broken (all groups, as CI runs it).

Version 0.5.2.

Tables in one and two structural modes and in recompiled models (a
TimeTable41, an MSL CombiTimeTable): values, owned by the model's build,
freed. The agentic recompilation with a stub agent (no server), so CI runs it;
the agentic package-constant test matches the printed form.
