Bug-fix release

Fixed bugs in the 1.1 release:

• Sunrise and sunset times were off by 1 hour in summer time, if the sunrise/sunset/today programs were given no date argument. (It was correct when given a date argument, which is why the problem was not seen in testing in November!)
• In Unix, the make install command was broken.

Added a whereami.py Python script

This works around limitations of the original whereami.tcl script on intranets with Web proxies.
