Meetings

This page servers to keep track of meetings for the team and the discussions and issues we discussed during these meetings.

Meeting 1: Met September 8th, 2021 at 5:00pm to discuss finishing Sprint 1. This involved fleshing out our idea for the direction of the product and discussing relevant information on the SRS.

Meeting 2: Met on September 20th, 2021 at around 3:00 pm. Completed working on the class diagram and the sequence diagram for each story and discussed the plans for sprint 3.

Meeting 3: Stayed on the zoom call on 25th September at 4:00 pm. All of us discussed the program and emphasized on the class and sequence diagrams.

Meeting 4: Met on September 29th at 5:00 pm at the Old Main building. Worked on the completion of Sprint 2.

Meeting 5: Started zoom call on September 30th at 9:00 pm. Discussed the server and the way it works.

Meeting 6: Met on October 10, 2021 at 3:00 pm approx. to discuss further functionalities to be added on the Sprint 3, plans and how to implement it.

Meeting 7: On October 15, we communicated via discord and groupMe for discussing the plans on testing the webMail.

Meeting 8: Met on Oct 17 at 5:00 pm and worked on database and adding bootstrap.

Meeting 9: Used zoom call to communicate on Oct 19 at 8:00pm approx. Worked and finished tasks related forward and reply options.

Meeting 10: On Oct 22 at 11:10 pm in Mitchell Library. Completed working on Sprint 3.

Meeting 11: Met on Oct 31, discussed about the planning of Sprint 4.
