The attributes listed as dimension indices in the Dimension Index Sequence may occur in the SharedFunctionalGroupsSequence, but highdicom currently only looks for them in the PerFrameFunctionalGroupsSequence, and errors if they are not there.
This PR looks for the dimension index attributes in the SharedFunctionalGroupsSequence in addition to the PerFrameFunctionalGroupsSequence.
Fix for the KeyError in the NSCLC issues from #344
