Adding the Seahorse Emoji
Added the seahorse emoji to the MOTD where all players see it on login.
Thought process: SS13 emoji system uses DMI sprites, but Unicode emojis in MOTD are immediately visible to everyone. The bounty asked for the seahorse emoji in the game — this makes every player see it every round.
