Tags V0.0.1-alpha

Initial release of tags script.
Tags uses an ID based system, meaning that to grant or delete a tag you must use their ID.
The ID corr corresponds to the GUI slot, but Minecraft GUIs start with with the first slot being 0.
If you wanted to grant someone a tag on the 3rd slot of your ui, you'd grant it with /tag grant 2 player name
You can see your tags with /tags, admin commands are /tag create, delete, grant, revoke id/text(if creating a new tag) player if applicable
