paper/draft.md is the sections in reading order as one document, with the repository references and issue numbers removed, rule identifiers kept only where the argument turns on one and listed in an appendix, and every number refreshed to the artifacts at chant 0.72.3 and spec 1.8. It carries the Rust and WebAssembly evaluators, the external corpus rows and the executing mode, which the section drafts predate, and ends with three questions for its readers. just paper renders it to HTML, and to PDF when tectonic is installed.

One document from the section drafts, about ten thousand words, the extended draft for feedback before the cut to the venue's length. The fourth wall is gone: no issue numbers, no repository paths, rule identifiers only where the argument turns on one with an appendix mapping them, chant introduced once as the production implementation. Every number is refreshed to today's artifacts (chant 0.72.3, spec 1.8, the corpus at that revision) and the draft covers what the section drafts predate: the Rust evaluator and its WebAssembly form, the external corpus rows and what the first run found, the executing mode, the rules contract's fixtures. It ends with three questions for readers.
just paperrenders HTML, and PDF when tectonic is installed. The section drafts stay as they are; this is assembled from them and edited, not a replacement.
