feat: filter login enhancements

Summary

This PR introduces a redesigned login experience and improves project filtering feedback.

Login & Authentication Improvements

• Redesigned the login page with a modern split-layout interface.
• Added an image carousel, progress indicators, and platform information panel.
• Improved branding, typography, spacing, and responsive behavior.
• Replaced automatic Asgardeo redirects with a user-initiated sign-in flow.
• Added authentication loading states, redirect indicators, and improved error handling.
• Prevented multiple sign-in attempts through button disable states.
• Preserved callback URL support for post-login navigation.

Project Filtering Improvements

• Added a dedicated filter loading state to distinguish filter updates from initial page loads.
• Display skeleton loaders while applying filters for better user feedback.
• Trigger loading states only when filter values actually change.
• Improved perceived performance and responsiveness during project filtering.
