Error al intentar instalar PHP #5

Hola, tengo un problema y no puedo instalar PHP.
Comienza a descargar bien las librerías hasta que llega a una llamada Libsodium y me sale error.

El error que me sale es el siguiente:

curl: (35) error:1400442E:SSL routines:CONNECT_CR_SRVR_HELLO:tlsv1 alert protocol version Error: php: Failed to download resource "libsodium" Download failed: https://download.libsodium.org/libsodium/releases/libsodium-1.0.20.tar.gz

Estoy usando macOS Big Sur.
