Pull Request Overview
This PR adds a new formula for neo version 0.6.1, a terminal application that simulates the digital rain effect from "The Matrix" movie.
Key changes:
- Creates a new Homebrew formula for installing neo from source
- Configures ncurses dependencies and build system requirements
- Includes a basic test to verify the installation
