This also changes the installation to use
.dmgand run install4j instead of unpacking.tgz. Unpacking, while being lightweight, does not properly associate.sqlfiles with the application. This was originally part of #8867, but running install4j in unattended-qmode didn't work properly (GUI was displayed), which was fixed in the latest version.Note that the nicer implementation would be to use
installerstanza instead ofpreflight, but it is not currently possible as#{staged_path}is not supported in theinstallerstanza. Can be improved when #8887 is merged.
