NOTE: IT IS RECCOMMENDED TO USE THE ONLINE CONVERTER. This is a tool for MakeCode Arcade which allows users to transfer .wav files to MakeCode. It only transfers mono .wav files, but if you give it a stereo file it should downmix it first, then transfer the audio. You can now use the converter here instead
