Optimize animation to reduce lag
Adjustment:

Reduce the duration of the hover animation effect used by the panel to avoid looking stuck
Add hover animation to the talk content (motion duration: 0.5s)
Add hover animation to the avatar (rotation)


          Update Pofato.css
