Update docs for new distribution outputs

Summary

Bunny can now be run without encoding the distribution query in a JSON response to support work on the Five Safes TES stack.

This is not captured in the docs, as an example, it would be important to update here:

Discussion point would be should we document how to run Bunny over Five Safes TES? Is that here or in other docs?

We have not documented the Bunny CLI - deliberately to leave it open to change. For example, the existing way of applying obfuscation is something I would like to change before it is documented.

Discussion point would be should we document how to run Bunny over Five Safes TES? Is that here or in other docs?

TES is an environment specific place, for Bunny it is still just a container / CLI, so my suggestion is elsewhere, but I think either is reasonable.
