ui-tests.yml's lint step only checks components/, never hooks/ or src/

ui/package.json line 15: "lint": "eslint components/**/*.{ts,tsx}" — the glob only covers ui/components/. ui/hooks/ (14 files: useTheme.ts, useSep10Auth.ts, useTransactionStatus.ts, etc.) and ui/src/ (including ui/src/config/) are never passed to ESLint, so npm run lint in .github/workflows/ui-tests.yml silently never checks them regardless of what lint errors they contain.
