fuzz_jwt_parsing.rs calls anchorkit::sep10_jwt::base64url_decode through a module that isn't public — compile error

src/lib.rs:12 declares mod sep10_jwt; (private, no pub), and no pub use sep10_jwt::... re-export exists anywhere in lib.rs's export list (lines 20-47). fuzz/fuzz_targets/fuzz_jwt_parsing.rs (an external crate depending on anchorkit via a path dependency) calls anchorkit::sep10_jwt::base64url_decode(...) at lines 34-36 — a path that is inaccessible outside the crate, so this fuzz target cannot compile.
