Additionally, its "Error Codes" table numbers errors 100-128 (AlreadyInitialized=100, NotInitialized=101, RateLimitExceeded=127, InvalidConfig=128, plus invented variants like CredentialNotFound/InsecureCredentialStorage that appear nowhere in errors.rs), flatly contradicting docs/features/ERROR_CODES_REFERENCE.md and the real src/errors.rs, where AlreadyInitialized=1, NotInitialized=26, RateLimitExceeded=16, and no code exists in the 100-120 range at all.
