About the PR
At the request of a discord user, ported numerous clothing and armor from RMC (https://github.com/RMC-14/RMC-14) and adds them as well as previously unobtainable helmets to a new UNMC surplus vending machine that can rarely show up on expeditions.
Why / Balance
Fun, Fashion. Care was taken to ensure armor was relatively balanced.

Ported trimmed down RMC clothing system to allow sleeves to be rolled, etc
